Ingredients:
  • Water: boiling or fresh spring water (approximately one cup)
  • Darjeeling Tea Leaves: one teaspoon, according to taste
Directions:

Heat the water until it reaches a rolling boil (or use fresh spring water if available). If using tap or heated-water dispenser make sure there are no chlorine residuals.

Steep one teaspoon of Darjeeling tea leaves in your cup for about 1 to 3 minutes, depending on how strong you like it.
