  • Ground beef or pork: 2 cups
  • Onions: 1 cup, finely chopped
  • Eggs: 2 large
  • Wheat flour or matzo meal for dough thickness adjustment (optional):
Directions:

In a bowl, combine the ground meat with chopped onions and eggs. Season as desired.

Roll out each portion of kreplach filling into small oval shapes.
