Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add shrimp to the pan in a single layer
do not crowd them. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until pink and slightly opaque (shrimp will continue to cook after they're removed from heat). Transfer half of the cooked shrimp onto serving plates. Return remaining shrimp, along with broth mixture and red pepper flakes, into skillet. Bring liquid up to a boil over high heat
reduce down slightly (mixture should be thick enough not too runny). Pour the sauce back on top of cooked shrimp. Serve immediately.
