Ingredients:
- Bread: 1 loaf or about 4 cups of bread cubes
- Whole Milk: 2 cups
- Custard Mixture Ingredients (eggs, sugar, vanilla extract): 3 large eggs, 1/4 cup of white or brown sugar and 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract for the mixture
- Salt: A pinch (optional)
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 175 degrees Celsius or Gas Mark 5. Butter a baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine the bread cubes with enough of the milk just until moistened.
