Ingredients:
- Smoked Herring fillets: 200 grams
- Garlic cloves: 3-4 pieces
- Chopped parsley: 1/4 cup
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
- Fresh lemon juice: 1 teassle of concentrated orange flavor (lemon zest)
Directions:
In a food processor, combine the smoked herring fillets with garlic cloves until finely chopped.
Add in parsley, olive oil, lemon juice (or zest), and seasonings. Blend everything together for about 2 minutes or until smooth consistency is achieved.
