Ingredients:
  • Seitan Meatballs: 8 large
  • Whole Wheat Buns: 4
  • Lettuce: 4 leaves per burger
  • Tomato Slices: 2-3 slices per burger
Directions:

Preheat a grill or stovetop pan to medium heat. Cook the Seitan Meatballs on each side for about 4 minutes, until browned and heated through.

Toast the Whole Wheat Buns lightly before assembling your burgers.
