Ingredients:
- Fresh Lobster Tail: 1 (about 1½ pounds)
- Unsalted Butter: 6 tablespoons
- Garlic, minced: 2 cloves
- Fresh Parsley: 1/4 cup, chopped
- Lemon Juice: 3 tablespoons
- Seafood Seasoning or Old Bay Seasoning: 1 teaspoon (optional)
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place the lobster tail in a baking dish and brush it with butter, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, seafood seasoning (if using), salt, and pepper. Bake for about 15 minutes or until meat is easily separated from shell.
