Amaretto Sour

Ingredients:
- Egg Yolk: 1
- Sugar: 2 tablespoons (adjust to taste)
- Simple Syrup: 2 teass poons
- Amaretto Liqueur: 1 ounce
- Ice Cubes: A handful or as needed for mixing drinks
Directions:
In a cocktail shaker, combine egg yolk and sugar with simple syrup until well mixed.
Fill the shaker halfway with ice cubes and securely fasten it. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds or until chilled.
