  • Chickpeas/Gram Flour: 2 cups
  • Yogurt: 1 cup
  • Green Chilies (chopped): 3-4
  • Coriander Leaves (finely chopped): 1/2 cup
  • Mustard Seeds: 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves: 8-10
  • Salt to taste:
Directions:

Soak chickpeas/gram flour in yogurt for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Drain and grind the soaked mixture into a smooth batter, adding water as needed. Add green chilies, coriander leaves, mustard seeds, curry leaves, and salt to taste.
