Ingredients:
  • Whole milk powder concentrate: 2 tablespoons
  • Heavy cream: 4 cups
  • Sugar: 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
Directions:

In a large bowl, whisk together the whole milk powder concentrate and sugar until fully combined.

Slowly add in heavy cream while continuously stirring to prevent lumps from forming. Continue mixing until smooth consistency is achieved.

Place mixture into pitcher or jar with a pouring spout, if possible for easier serving.

Refrigerate the café breve base at least 2 hours before use (or overnight) to allow flavors to meld and cool down. Before serving, stir in vanilla extract directly on top of each glass or jar portion just prior to pouring.
