  • Guinea Fowl Breast: 2 whole breasts
  • Lemon Juice: Juice of 1 lemon
  • Olive Oil: 3 tablespoons
  • Fresh Rosemary: 2 sprigs, minced
  • Garlic Cloves: 4 cloves, finely chopped
  • Salt and Pepper:
Directions:

Season the guinea fowl breasts with salt, pepper, minced rosemary, chopped garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil.

Preheat a grill to medium-high heat. Grill each breast for about 6 minutes per side or until fully cooked through.
