- garlic cloves, minced: 3-4 pieces
- ginger root, grated: 2 teaspoons
- curry powder: 2 tablespoons
- ground cumin: 1 teaspoon
- chicken broth or water: 3 cups
- canned tomatoes, crushed: 28 ounces (about 1 can)

Directions:
