  • chicken breast: 500 grams
  • oil: 2 tablespoons
  • chopped onions: 1 cup
  • garlic cloves, minced: 3-4 pieces
  • ginger root, grated: 2 teaspoons
  • curry powder: 2 tablespoons
  • ground cumin: 1 teaspoon
  • chicken broth or water: 3 cups
  • canned tomatoes, crushed: 28 ounces (about 1 can)
  • salt and pepper to taste:

Directions:

Heat oil in a large pot or deep frying pan over medium heat.

Add chopped onions, minced garlic and grated ginger

cook until the vegetables are softened.
