Ingredients:

  • Ghee (Clarified Butter): 2 tablespoons, for greasing and frying rotis separately
Directions:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the atta with salt. Slowly add yogurt or semolina while stirring continuously to form an even dough without any lumps.

Knead the mixture into a soft but non-sticky ball on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until it becomes smooth and pliable.
