  • Venison steaks: 4
  • Salt: 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper: 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Garlic powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Directions:

Season both sides of the venison steaks with salt, freshly cracked black pepper and garlic powder.

Grill over high heat for 3-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness is reached.
