  • Sourdough bread: 2 slices
  • Ripe avocado: 1 whole
  • Large egg: 1
  • Sea salt and black pepper: to taste
Directions:

Toast the sourdough bread to your desired level of crispness.

While the bread is toasting, cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop out some flesh into a bowl for mixing with spices or spread directly onto each slice if preferred.
