Ingredients:
- Fresh cucumber slices: 8 large
- Smoked salmon fillet: 200 grams
- Cream cheese, softened: 1/2 cup
- Fresh dill: 1/4 cup, chopped
- Whole grain bread slices (preferably rye): 8 pieces
Directions:
In a mixing bowl combine the softened cream cheese and chopped fresh dill.
Spread each slice of whole grain bread with an even layer of the cream cheese mixture.
