- Fresh Coconut (Grated): 1 cup
- Red Onion: 2, finely chopped
- Garlic Cloves: 3-4, minced
- Green Chili Peppers (optional): 1-2, finely chopped

Directions:
Boil the chicken breast until fully cooked, then allow it to cool.
In a mixing bowl combine grated coconut, red onion, minced garlic (and green chili if using), and lime juice. Season with salt according to taste.
