Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients:
  • Dark Chocolate: 200 grams
  • Heavy Cream: 500 milliliters
  • Sugar: 4 tablespoons
  • Eggs: 3 large eggs, separated into yolks and whites
Directions:

Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler.

Whisk egg yolks with sugar until pale yellow then mix them into melted chocolate. Let it cool slightly before folding heavy cream and whipped egg whites separately to avoid deflating.
