Ingredients:
- Chicken or Goat Meat: 500 grams
- Onions: 3 large
- Tomatoes: 4 medium-sized, chopped
- Garam Masala Powder: 2 tablespoons
- Red Chili Paste or Ground (optional): 1 teaspoon, adjust to taste
Directions:
Wash and cut the meat into small pieces. Heat oil in a pan.
Add sliced onions until golden brown along with garam masala powder for 2-3 minutes.
