  • Ground Pork: 500 grams
  • Soy Sauce: 3 tablespoons
  • Spring Onions: 2, chopped
  • Fresh Ginger: 1 inch piece, grated
  • Salt: To taste
Directions:

In a bowl, combine ground pork, soy sauce, chopped spring onions, grated ginger and salt.

Knead the mixture until all ingredients are well incorporated. Divide into small balls about 1 inch each.
