Ingredients:
- Plain flour or all purpose flour: 2 cups
- Active fermented yeast starter (Idiyappam mix): 1/4 cup
- Warm water: 3/4 to 1 cup, more as needed for batter consistency
- Salt: A pinch or according to taste
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and Idiyappam mix.
Add warm water gradually while stirring until you get a batter consistency. Add more if needed but avoid making it too runny.
