Ingredients:
  • Egg yolks: 2
  • White vinegar or lemon juice: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Oil (vegetable, grapeseed or canola):
Directions:

In a bowl, whisk together egg yolks, vinegar/lemon juice and salt until smooth.

While continuously mixing at low speed, slowly drizzle in oil to emulsify the mixture. Keep adding oil gradually while constantly mixing.
