Ingredients:
- Dashi Stock: 2 cups
- Fermented Soybean Paste (Miso): 1 tablespoon dissolved in 1/4 cup water
- Noodles: 2 servings of your choice, typically wakame or tofu sheets
- Tofu Cubes: 1/4 cup cubed firm tofu per serving
- Spring Onions (Scallion): 2, thinly sliced for garnish
Directions:
Heat the dashi stock in a pot over medium heat.
Slowly stir in dissolved miso paste until fully integrated into the heated broth.
