Ingredients:
- Dried chickpeas or canned chickpeas (drained and rinsed): 1 cup
- Ground coriander: 2 teasspoons
- Cumin powder: 1.5 teaspoons
- Garlic cloves (minced): 3-4
- Fresh parsley (chopped): 1 cup
- Red onion (finely chopped): 0.5 cup
- Flour: 2 tablespoons for dusting
- Olive oil: For deep frying (as needed)
Directions:
Soak the dried chickpeas overnight, or use canned ones. Drain and rinse them thoroughly after soaking.
In a food processor combine all of your ingredients except for oil to make a thick batter.
