  • Green chilies: 3-4, slit
  • Capsicum: 1/2 cup, diced
  • Carrots: 1/4 cup, grated or finely chopped
  • Cilantlio leaves (optional): a handful, roughly torn
  • Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
Directions:

In a mixing bowl, combine the idli or dosa batter with finely chopped onions and slit green chilies.

Add grated carrots (or diced if using whole) along with cucumber leaves for extra flavor. Mix well to ensure all ingredients are uniformly distributed in the batter.
