Ingredients:
- Broccoli: 2 cups
- Carrots: 1 cup, sliced
- Bell Peppers: 1 cup, mixed colors and sliced
- Onion: 1/2 cup, chopped
- Garlic Cloves: 3 cloves, minced
- Soy Sauce: 2 tablespoons
- Sesame Oil: 1 teaspoon
- Salt and Pepper: to taste
- Cooked Rice or Noodles: 4 cups, for serving
Directions:
Wash and chop all vegetables. In a large pan over medium heat, add sesame oil.
Sauté the garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Add onions and stir fry for about 2 minutes or until slightly softened.
