Veggie Stir Fry

Ingredients:
  • Broccoli: 2 cups
  • Carrots: 1 cup, sliced
  • Bell Peppers: 1 cup, mixed colors and sliced
  • Onion: 1/2 cup, chopped
  • Garlic Cloves: 3 cloves, minced
  • Soy Sauce: 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame Oil: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt and Pepper: to taste
  • Cooked Rice or Noodles: 4 cups, for serving
Directions:

Wash and chop all vegetables. In a large pan over medium heat, add sesame oil.

Sauté the garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Add onions and stir fry for about 2 minutes or until slightly softened.
