  • Eggs: 6 large
Directions:

Toast the English muffins until golden brown on a griddle or skillet heated to 350°F (175°C). While they are cooking, prepare Hollandaise sauce by melting butter and separating yolks. Whisk in clarified butter gradually.

Break eggs into each halved muffin as soon as the English toast is ready. Pour hot hollandaise over each egg slice immediately before serving.
