Ingredients:
  • Heavy Cream (Malnui): 1 cup
  • Garam Masala: 2 teaspoons
Directions:

In a large pot, sauté onions in ghee until they are golden brown.

Add the lentils and enough water to cover them by about an inch. Bring it to boil followed by simmer covered for around 30-40 minutes or until the dal is cooked.
