Ingredients:
- Puff Pastry or Phyllo Dough Sheets: 500 grams
- Chopped Walnuts (optional): 1/2 cup
- Sour Cream or Mascarpone Cheese: 300 grams
- Cinnamon and Sugar Mixture (for filling): 1/2 cup, mix of 2 tablespoons each sugar and cinnamon
- Lightly beaten Egg: 1
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Unfold the puff pastry and place it on the lined baking sheet. Trim any excess dough from around the edges.
