  • Whole Cream: 150ml
  • Sugar: 2 tablespoons
  • Ground Nutmeg: A pinch (optional)
Directions:

Heat the milk and whole cream in a pot over medium heat until just simmering.

Add sugar, stirring continuously to dissolve it completely. If using nutmeg, grate into the mixture at this stage.
