Ingredients:
  • Espresso or Strong Brewed Coffee: 1 shot
  • Milk: 8 ounces
Directions:

Heat the milk to a temperature just below boiling point, typically around 150°F (65°C). You can do this in a small saucepan over medium heat or using an electric frother. If you don't have one, heating water and pouring it carefully into your cup of coffee while swirling will suffice.

Pour the steamed milk gently into your espresso shot to create foam if desired (optional).
