Ingredients:
  • Beef chuck roast: 3-4 pounds
  • All-purpose flour: 1/2 cup
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix beef chuck roast with all-purpose flour until evenly coated.

Brown the seasoned meat in a heavy pot on medium heat. Remove and set aside.
