Ingredients:
- Chicken Breasts: 2 pounds
- Yogurt: 1 cup
- Garam Masala Powder: 3 teaspoons
- Ground Cumin: 2 tablespoons
- Red Chili Paste or Powder (Adjust to taste): 1 teaspoon - 1/2 cup depending on preference
- Minced Garlic: 3 cloves
- Chopped Ginger: 2 tablespoons
- Fresh Cilantro Leaves (chopped): 1/4 cup
- Lemon Juice: 3-4 tablespoons, freshly squeezed
- Olive Oil or Cooking Spray:
Directions:
In a bowl, whisk together yogurt, garam masala powder, ground cumin, red chili paste (or powder), minced garlic and chopped ginger until smooth.
Pour the marinade over the chicken breasts. Ensure they are well coated on all sides with a brush or spoon if needed while placing them in individual baking dishes for even distribution of flavor during cooking time.
