  • Butter: 75 grams (cold and cut into small cubes)
  • Milk: 60 milliliters, plus extra for brushing
  • Lemon Zest: 2 tablespoons (from one lemon)
  • Dried Lavender Flowers: 1 teaspoon
  • White Granulated Sugar for Coating Scones: As needed
Directions:

Preheat your oven to 200°C (175°C if using a fan setting). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in cubed butter until mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
