Ingredients:
- French baguette: 1
- Pickled vegetables (daikon radish and carrot): sufficient for sandwich fillings; quantity will vary based on preference, approximately 1/2 cup each diced veggies
- JalapeΓ±o slices: 3-5 thinly sliced or julienned to taste
- Cilantro leaves: a small handful, roughly chopped
- Boiled and peeled eggs: 2-3 slices per sandwich; typically two halves for a filling portion each egg is cut into quarters or eighths depending on size of baguette slice used.
- Salted pork (such as pΓ’tΓ© or thinly sliced brisket): about 1/4 cup
Directions:
Cut the French baguette into quarters lengthwise.
Spread a layer of mayonnaise, mustard or remoulade on each bread quarter for creamy richness.
