Ingredients:
- Chicken Breasts: 2 pounds
- Kosher Salt: 1 tablespoon
- Black Pepper: 1 teaspoon
- Brown Sugar: 2 tablespoons
- Barbecue Sauce (preferably thick): 3/4 cup
- Olive Oil or Canola Oil: 2 tablespoons
Directions:
Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper and brown sugar. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the seasoned chicken for about 6 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
