Ingredients:
- napa cabbage: 1 large head
- kimchi seasoning mix: 2 tablespoons per pound of cabbage, adjust to taste
- salt: 3 cups for brining the cabbage
Directions:
Cut off and discard the hard core from each head of napa cabbage.
Shred or slice the rest into bite-sized pieces, then mix with kimchi seasoning.
