Ingredients:
  • All-purpose flour: 2 cups
  • Baking powder: 1 teasll; tablespoon
  • Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Unsalted butter, chilled and diced: 3/4 cup
  • Heavy cream: 1 1/2 cups
  • Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
  • Malibu coconut rum flavoring: 1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons (or to taste)
  • Fresh berries: 4 cups mixed
Directions:

Preheat your oven to 375° F. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt.

Add in chilled butter pieces using a pastry cutter or two forks until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
