Ingredients:
  • Pork shoulder (bone in, skin on): 2 to 3 pounds
  • Vegetable oil or lard: as needed for pan frying
Directions:

Preheat a heavy skillet over medium heat.

Pat the pork dry with paper towels and season generously on all sides with salt, pepper, cumin, or other desired spices. Brown the meat in batches using vegetable oil until it's golden brown.
