Ingredients:
- Ground beef or pork: 1 pound
- Ground coffee (unsweetened): 2 tablespoons
- Diced onion: 1 medium-sized
- Green bell pepper: 1, diced
- Garlic cloves: 3-4, minced
- Kidney beans (canned): 28 ounces, drained and rinsed
- Canned tomato sauce: 10 ounces
- Chili powder: 2 tablespoons
- Ground cumin: 1 teaspoon
Directions:
Brown the ground beef or pork in a large pot over medium heat.
Add onions, green bell pepper, and garlic to the browned meat. Cook until vegetables are softened.
