Ingredients:
  • Ground beef or pork: 1 pound
  • Ground coffee (unsweetened): 2 tablespoons
  • Diced onion: 1 medium-sized
  • Green bell pepper: 1, diced
  • Garlic cloves: 3-4, minced
  • Kidney beans (canned): 28 ounces, drained and rinsed
  • Canned tomato sauce: 10 ounces
  • Chili powder: 2 tablespoons
  • Ground cumin: 1 teaspoon
Directions:

Brown the ground beef or pork in a large pot over medium heat.

Add onions, green bell pepper, and garlic to the browned meat. Cook until vegetables are softened.
