In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
Add chopped onion and minced garlic cloves
continue cooking for 2-3 minutes or until fragrant. Remove from heat.
Stir in tomato sauce, Italian seasonings blend/dried herbs mix, beef broth (low sodium), Worcestershire sauce and salt & pepper to taste.
Bring mixture back up to a simmer. Simmer for 10-15 minutes or until flavors have melded together.
