Ingredients:
- avocados: 2 ripe
- tomatoes: 1 medium
- white onion: 1/4 cup, finely chopped
- cilantro: 1/2 cup, loosely packed
- juice of 1 lime:
- sea salt: to taste
Directions:
Halve and stone the avocados, then scoop out the flesh into a bowl. Add diced tomatoes, finely chopped white onion, loosely packed cilantro.
Squeeze in lime juice to taste (usually around 1 tablespoon) and add sea salt as desired.
