Ingredients:
- Warm Water: 1 cup
- Active Dry Yeast: 2 teaspoons
- All-Purpose Flour: 3 cups, plus more for dusting
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Unsalted Butter: 6 tablespoons (3/4 cup), melted and cooled slightly
- Milk Powder or Non-fat Dry Milk: 1 teaspoon, optional for extra softness
Directions:
In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water (about 105°F/40.6°C) with one tablespoon of the flour to activate it.
Stir remaining ingredients into wet mixture until formed into dough.
