Ingredients:
  • Warm Water: 1 cup
  • Active Dry Yeast: 2 teaspoons
  • All-Purpose Flour: 3 cups, plus more for dusting
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon
  • Unsalted Butter: 6 tablespoons (3/4 cup), melted and cooled slightly
  • Milk Powder or Non-fat Dry Milk: 1 teaspoon, optional for extra softness
Directions:

In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water (about 105°F/40.6°C) with one tablespoon of the flour to activate it.

Stir remaining ingredients into wet mixture until formed into dough.
