Ingredients:
- All-purpose flour: 1 and 3/4 cups
- Baking powder: 2 teaspoons
- Sugar: 1 tablespoon
- Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
- Eggs: 2 large
- Whole milk: 1 and 3/4 cups
- Butter, melted: 2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon (plus extra for buttering the pan)
Directions:
Whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar and salt in a large bowl.
In another bowl, beat eggs then stir in milk and melted butter. Pour wet ingredients into dry mixture
mix until smooth batter forms without any lumps.
