Ingredients:
  • Bacon: 8 slices
  • Back bacon or streaky bacon (optional): 1/2 lb
  • Eggs: 4 large
  • Black pudding slices, rashers or links of bacon (optional): 1 link/slice each weighing approx. 50g-75g per person
  • Wheat bread: 2 thick slices for toast or as desired
Directions:

Cook bacon, back bacon (if used), and black pudding separately until crispy.

Meanwhile, cook the eggs in a frying pan on medium heat. When almost done but still runny yolks, remove from heat to prevent overcooking.
