Ingredients:
- Chicken Breasts: 2 pounds
- Soy Sauce: 1/2 cup
- Sugar: 1 tablespoon
- Garlic, minced: 3 cloves
- Honey: 2 teasoptionalsaid (can be omitted for a more savory taste)
- Sesame Oil: 1 tablespoon
- Fresh Ginger, minced: 2 teaspoons (can be omitted if not available)
Directions:
Combine soy sauce, sugar, garlic, honey or sesame oil and ginger in a bowl.
Add chicken breasts to the mixture and ensure they are fully coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes but preferably overnight.
